Technical architecture AutoScore / SelfScore

Stand alone and Client/Server

Our softwares are built to work in standalone mode with a local data base or in Client / server. The link is then made via MS ACCESS local data base and ODBC link.

Remote databases can be from any vendor. MS SQL® Server et MySQL® have already been implemented as remote databases.

End-users run the software from a browser. APACHE® is currently used within the application server. Test end-user interface using new business risk management (using MySQL® DB). Sorry but interface language is French.

Security

End-user access control for standalone implementations is company's "as usual". You can use the same program and data access control that is used for others programs of the workstations.

For Client/server application, a user-exit is provided to ensure End-user identification. It enables to control user name and give appropriate access to the data.

Within multi-users organization, security level is the lowest level of granularity, e.g. you can define any access to any part of the risk management process.

Data exchange

Import and Export functions have been defined to exchange data between occurrences of the data bases. Therefore, you can exchange data between standalone and multi-users implementations :

  • Make a risk analysis with a "SelfScore" standalone computer, and move the results to a "AutoScore" standalone or multi-users implementation
  • Exchange data between different occurrences of "AutoScore" Standalone or multi-users implementations

Yellow in red arrows give an example of exchanges between implementations.
